Self Timer: 2 to 30 minutes.
In the beginning, less is best. Start slowly
and build up to 15 minutes 2x a day. The first
week: 2-5 minutes, the next week: 5-8 minutes,
the week after: 8-10 minutes etc. Always listen
to your body and if there’s any discomfort,
reduce the time.
